Las Vegas Strip resorts will welcome the Lunar New Year on Jan. 29 with festive decor and activities.
The Conservatory & Botanical Gardens at Bellagio is celebrating the Year of the Snake with a vibrant holiday display through March 1. Each bed features the serpent's symbolism of intuition, transformation and charm.
A 28-foot floral serpent is in the North Bed. Red and gold silk lanterns hang above it, and a fountain shoots water into a placid koi pond. The West Bed has a 30-foot-tall Banyan Temple, inspired by Guangzhou's historical Temple of the Six Banyan Trees. Floral representations of pandas play in the East Bed under money trees adorned with 88 gold coins. The South Bed features towering cherry blossom trees in soft pink and white.
