Tauck in 2025 is once again enticing solo travelers with savings on tours and river cruises.
The company will waive the single supplement on Category 1 cabins for Europe river cruises. The savings will apply to more than 250 departures this year.
Tauck also reduced the solo fee by $1,000 on other cabin categories, typically Categories 4 and 5. That discount will apply to 52 departures.
"As much as our solo guests appreciate the great savings, they also embrace the wonderful sense of assurance and support they feel when traveling with Tauck," said Tauck CEO Jennifer Tombaugh.
On land, the company lowered the single supplement by up to $600 on 84 departures of 39 tours. Thirteen tours in North America will be $300 cheaper for solo travelers, including trips to national parks in the Western United States, Cape Cod and Hawaii.
Tauck decreased the single supplement by up to $400 on 42 departures of 18 itineraries, including a 14-day Classic Italy trip. Other tours include Germany, France, Spain and Portugal.
The company shaved off $600 of the single supplement on 15 departures of eight itineraries in Asia, Africa, Latin American and the Middle East.
Since the pandemic, solo travel has been a strong segment in tours and cruising.
