The Walt Disney Company has assigned new roles to executives Ken Potrock, Thomas Mazloum, Joe Schott and Andrew Bolstein.

Potrock has moved from president of Disneyland Resort to president of Walt Disney Company Major Events Integration, with Thomas Mazloum stepping into his former role at Disneyland. Mazloum was most recently president of Disney Signature Experiences, leading Disney Cruise Line.

Joe Schott, who has been president and general manager of Shanghai Disney Resort since 2019, replaces Mazloum as president of Disney Signature Experiences. Schott's position at Shanghai Disney will be filled by Andrew Bolstein, previously the resort's senior vice president of operations.

Potrock has worked at Disney for 30 years. In his new role, he will focus on developing plans to maximize the value of large-scale events in sports, entertainment and tourism, like the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. He continues to report to Josh D'Amaro, chairman of Disney Experiences.

Mazloum has been with the company since 1998, holding a variety of roles, including senior vice president of operations at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. In his new role, he assumes responsibility for more than 36,000 employees working at Disneyland's two theme parks, three hotels and the Downtown Disney shopping and entertainment district. He continues to report to D'Amaro.

Schott has been with Disney for 40 years. As president of Disney Signature Experiences, he will oversee Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, the Aulani Resort in Hawaii, Adventures by Disney and Storyliving by Disney. He will report to D'Amaro.

Bolstein began his 30-year Disney career with Walt Disney World and has held leadership roles in Hong Kong and Tokyo before spending nearly 13 years in Shanghai. He will report to Jill Estorino, president and managing director of Disney Parks International.
