Country music star Jason Aldean is bringing a bit of Music City to Sin City with a new restaurant and entertainment venue at 63 CityCenter on the Las Vegas Strip.
Jason Aldean's Kitchen + Bar features live music, Southern comfort food and music memorabilia. The 22,500-square-foot, two-story venue has two stages that will host regular live performances of country, pop and other Top 40 genres.
In addition to the main dining area, there are seven bars and an outdoor elliptical patio with views of the Strip. The second floor boasts velvet-tufted booths and an elevated VIP bottle service section.
Among the menu items are Jason's Mac and Cheese, Grandma's Pot Roast, a 32-ounce tomahawk ribeye and the Aldean's family's peach cobbler.

Memorabilia handpicked by Aldean includes record plaques of his best-selling songs, including "Dirt Road Anthem," "Any 'Ol Barstool" and "My Kinda Party." Guitars and personal photos fill out the collection.
The centerpiece of the Tractor Bar is a vintage 4020 John Deere Tractor, a nod to Aldean's hit song, "Big Green Tractor."
Interviews with musicians and celebrities who appear and perform are conducted in an iHeartRadio studio at the venue.
"As somebody that came up playing in clubs, I know how important it is to have an outlet to play," said Aldean, a Georgia native who moved to Nashville when he was 21. "Whether it's a new artist trying to break through, maybe with a hit or two, or local artists, it gives them a venue to play and build their following."
It is the fourth location of Jason Aldean's Kitchen + Bar, a partnership with the TC Restaurant Group. Other locations are in Nashville and Gatlinburg, Tenn., and Pittsburgh.
Jason Aldean's Kitchen + Bar opens at 10 a.m. daily.
