Expected to debut in 2027, the Conrad Los Cabos will open as part of Oleada Pacific Living & Golf, a resort complex with a links-style course designed by pro golfer Ernie Els.

The beachfront property will have 175 guestrooms, including 21 suites with plunge pools. Additionally, the resort will have 43 residences ranging from two to four bedrooms.

The Conrad will have an all-day restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a pool bar and grill, a beach bar and grill, and a lobby bar.

The Conrad Los Cabos will be the brand's third hotel in Mexico, joining the Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya and the Conrad Punta de Mita in Riviera Nayarit.
